This website is owned and operated by Echko Limited. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, “ourselves”, “our” refer to Echko Limited. Echko Limited offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all of the website conditions and agree to be bound by them. However, if you do not or cannot accept our website conditions in totality and without modification, you must stop using our website immediately.


Echko Limited reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you purchase products from us or use our website. Moreover, we reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site. Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to this terms and conditions.


We reserve the right to refuse service/sale to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content/information (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. 


This site and the materials and products on this site are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Echko Limited disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Echko Limited does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Echko Limited does not make any warranties or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. 





PRODUCT PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. 

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the sale of our products (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. 

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the sale.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY


Shipment/delivery time shall be 5-7 business days from payment confirmation with the exception of orders placed during the pre-sale period (31st of July to 7th of August) where orders will be shipped starting September 2019. The shipment /delivery time is an approximate time depending on circumstances. We shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond our control.


In order to avoid any kind of delay or loss of merchandise, you shall provide accurate and complete shipping details. You shall be responsible for extra costs or new delivery fee if non-delivery is due to your negligence/mistake. We then encourage you to always double check your shipping details. 


We are not responsible for any costs incurred by customs upon receiving your purchase.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You must inspect your package upon arrival. You must not accept any delivered product with apparent transport damage and inform us immediately of the case for proper action. If no apparent damage is seen on the outside of the package but upon opening, you discovered that the actual product has transport damage, you MUST communicate us within 24 hours from discovery otherwise we shall not honor any transport damage report after said period. 


If the damage will be proven as transport damage, you will be given further instructions on how to return the product until a replacement will be sent back to you. 


We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (sealed). It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense. Original shipping fees are non-refundable; No restocking fees are charged to the consumers for the return of a product.



REFUND AND CANCELLATION

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped out. 


In addition, refunds may only be allowed if we cannot fulfill the order due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g. lack of stock, etc.). 



All allowed refunds will be settled within 7 days from the approval of the refund request. 



PRODUCT WARRANTY

We guarantee the quality of our Hyperstrap. We offer a 24 months warranty against craftsmanship defects on the core strap body which includes everything that is unable to be detached from the Hyperstrap. For our accessories, they are covered under a one year warranty. However, the following are not covered by the warranty: 

  1. Damage due to normal wear and tear - damage that naturally and inevitably occurs over time as a result of normal use or aging;
  2. Damage caused by lack of care, mishandling, accident, or abuse;
  3. Damage caused by the use of the product for other than its intended purpose; 
  4. Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance of the product; 
  5. Damage to a product that has been modified or altered with the exception of Photologo engravings to the leather of the Hyperstrap; and 
  6. Damage to any cameras, equipment, or personal property used in conjunction with the product.

In order to address your warranty claim, we would need the defective product in its original state. Please do not dispose of the defective product prior to reporting to us. Provided all the requirements are met, we will gladly repair your product or if irreparable, replace your product with a new one. However you are required to incur the return shipping cost. 


INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY - TRADEMARKS & COPYRIGHT

Echko Limited is the owner and authorized user of all intellectual property including but not limited to trade marks, logos, names and designs, whether registered or unregistered, and other marks that are otherwise owned or licensed to Echko Limited in and associated with this website (collectively “intellectual property”), and any improvements or modifications to such intellectual property. The use or misuse of any of our intellectual property is prohibited without the prior  our written permission. Nothing contained in this website should be construed as giving you any right or license to any of the intellectual property on or associated with this website.


Moreover, this website and its contents are the property of Echko Limited and are subject to copyright. The contents of our website and the website as a whole are intended solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Any use of our website and its content for purposes other than personal and non-commercial use, or for any other use, including the modification, reproduction, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance, of the content of this website, is prohibited and protected under the copyright act , and any such case or person can be prosecuted by law.
